For newly trained Level 1 IFS Therapists
You left your Level 1 training with more book knowledge that you know what to do with (and truthfully you haven’t even read all of the manual yet, you’ll get to it). Once you recovered from 14 days of 53-person parallel processing that cost the equivalent of two mortgage payments, you spent the next three weeks sitting with clients feeling like a cat trying to learn how to knit.
You love the IFS model, AND you’re tired of playing air traffic controller with your clients’ systems while also trying to keep your own parts aware of your self energy. You miss the camaraderie of your Level 1 training and feel stuck trying to practice IFS without a container that can hold the joyful messiness of learning.
I’m Ansley (she/they)
I’m a Level 2 trained IFS therapist (Level 3 coming July 2026) and working toward IFS certification (I am not yet certified). I regularly PA for Level 1 Trainings through IFSI. I’m also working toward EMDR certification and regularly integrate the two models in sessions.
This summer I’m launching an IFS consultation group for newly trained Level 1 IFS therapists who want to deepen their learning in an environment that is playful, warm, and relational.
Dates and times TBD. Please fill out interest form below to be added to my interest list.
